During your 30-minute consultation, we will go over your health history, exercise preferences and available equipment/facilities. After assessing your current fitness level, I will help you set realistic and attainable goals pertaining to your specific needs. We will also discuss your schedule and adapt your workout program to fit your lifestyle.
If you wish to participate in the Total Body Circuit class, you will need a set of minibands and long resistance bands. For 1:1 virtual training, I will tailor your workouts to the equipment you have available. However, everyone knows that more toys = more fun! I recommend investing in a quality exercise mat and a variety of hand weights or a kettlebell.
We utilize Stripe for our payment services. You can purchase training packages, group fitness passes, and memberships by visiting the BriqFit storefront on Trainerize.
Briqfit’s cancellation policy requires those who are participating in 1:1 personal training to cancel within 24 hours notice otherwise they will lose the scheduled training session. I understand that personal emergencies and unexpected situations do happen, so clients receive one free short-notice cancellation in a 12-month period.
Each 1:1 personal training session is either 45 minutes or 60 minutes depending on the sessions you purchase. To get the most out of your session, it is recommended to warm-up before your training session.
After signing up for a membership or purchasing a punchcard, you can sign up for classes by logging into your account at briqfit.trainerize.com
For more detailed instruction, I recommend watching my video tutorials on using the mobile-app or your computer
In order to access your 1:1 personal training or the virtual fitness classes, you will need to login at briqfit.trainerize.com from your computer or join via the app on your mobile device. If you do not have an active class pass or any sessions left in your personal training package, you will need to purchase a new package here before being able to join.
I like to leave nutrition plans to the professionals. It would be a great disservice for me to write you a meal plan when there are better resources out there for you. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a registered dietician to answer the big questions when it comes to nutrition. However, I can provide some general guidelines and coaching to enhance your training program.
Since I am an army of one, I offer very few in-person fitness services to those in my area. I do not currently have a training studio for myself, so these services come with additional fees to compensate for gas, travel time, etc. If you are interested in at-home personal training, please send me an inquiry via e-mail.
