Need a little more accountability? Take your fitness to the next level with 1:1 training sessions. If you’re having troubles keeping up your cardio or maybe you’ve been slacking on the weights, each workout is designed with you in mind and focuses on your specific goals. Come train with me!

Virtual Sessions

Workout from home, at the gym, or on-the-go with our video chat service! Each session will consist of a guided warm-up, goal-specific workout, and cooldown. Choose from 45- or 60- minute training sessions.

In-Person Sessions

Train in your home gym, at the park, or the local track with in-person training sessions. At this time, I do not have my own training space, but I can come to you for a 45-minute training session. Serving the La Grande, OR area only.

Small Group Training

It’s no secret that there is strength in numbers. Gather some friends or join a group of strangers in a small group training session of up to 5 people. Currently only offered virtually.
