I created BriqFit to deliver evidence-based, high quality fitness programs to people across the globe. My passion for fitness has helped hundreds of people from aspiring athletes to grandparents, and new mothers to fire fighters. My mission is to make fitness accessible and sustainable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience.
Born and raised in the Midwest, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in Kinesiology. Since then, I have trained folks from all walks of life: from indigenous populations, to post-rehab athletes, to clients in a big-box gym! As a Certified Exercise Physiologist, I am a lifelong learner who continues to pursue other certifications and stay up to date with cutting edge research so I may help my clients achieve their best lives.
I love to educate and inspire people to take control of their fitness. By providing my clients with customized workout programs, they learn the skills needed to achieve their goals while I guide them every step of the way. My specialties include functional fitness, post-rehabilitation and injury prevention, training older populations and anyone looking to perform better for life.
My training style is enthusiastic and energetic. I love to laugh with my clients while also providing them with a comprehensive exercise experience. If you’re looking for a body-building drill sergeant, that’s just not my style. If you’re looking for someone to add that spark into your workouts, I’m your girl!
